Our story
It started with a simple frustration.
We got tired of searching for a quick tool online, only to land on a site that made us sign up, capped the file size after two uses, or slapped a watermark on the result. All we wanted was to convert a PDF or resize an image. It shouldn't be that complicated.
So we built PearTools. The idea was simple: make a set of tools that we'd actually want to use ourselves. Fast, clean, and completely free. No accounts. No tracking your data. No catch.
We chose the name "Pear" because a pear is practical, underrated, and quietly great at what it does. That's the vibe we're going for.
